USA Today - Guest column by KBN Law's Mario Nicolais on Amy Coney Barrett

Arguing that her nomination coming so close to the November 3rd Election Day - and after ballots had already been cast - would create the appearance of corruption, Nicolais called on US Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett to recuse herself from any cases involving the presidential election.
